Tipu Wai Ariki

It shares the real stories of six Bay of Plenty farmers who are protecting water quality, restoring wetlands, enhancing biodiversity, and building climate-resilient,  farms.

The goal of Tipu Waiāriki is to reconnect by planting local endemic natives  required to heal and restore mauri (energy balance) as it flows from source springs into our lakes down rivers like the Kaituna through wetlands of the Maketū estuary and out to sea.
