At Bulimba Creek

Since 1967 this group has:

• Protected 462 hectares of urban bushland
• Rehabilitated 362 hectares of bushland and wetlands
• Planted around 20,000 native seedlings each year, with 60% grown in our volunteer-run nursery

At Bulimba Creek Oxbow, we’ve restored over 30 hectares of wetland, saltmarsh, and mangrove habitat, now home to birds, mammals, and more than 35 species of fish.
